Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of GoPilot. By creating an account or using GoPilot you agree to them. If you use GoPilot for a company, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
GoPilot lets you build landing pages with AI, publish them on GoPilot’s hosting and your own domains, add tracking and SEO settings, and prepare Google Ads campaigns in your own Google Ads account. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Your account
- Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information, and tell us about any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You own the content you create and upload. You give GoPilot permission to store, process, host and display it only as needed to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (for example photos, brochures and logos).
4. Acceptable use
You must not use GoPilot to publish or advertise anything that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading (including false prices, claims or guarantees);
- impersonates another person or business, or collects passwords or payment details under false pretences (phishing);
- infringes others’ rights, contains malware, or is hateful, violent or sexually explicit;
- breaks the policies of Google Ads, Meta, Anthropic or other services you connect.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. AI-generated content
GoPilot uses AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to write pages, ads and other text. AI can make mistakes. Check everything, especially prices, facts and legal claims, before you publish or run ads. You are responsible for what you publish.
6. Third-party services
- Google Ads: campaigns are created in your own account and paused; you decide when to publish them. Advertising costs are billed by Google to you.
- Domains you buy (e.g. on Namecheap) are yours and billed by the registrar.
- Your own Anthropic API key, if you add one: usage is billed by Anthropic to you under your agreement with them.
Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms.
7. Fees
Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown before you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with advance notice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep GoPilot running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important content (you can download your pages at any time).
9. Liability
GoPilot is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or ad spend), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using GoPilot at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its pages go offline and its content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
